TERMS: All items sold "as is where is" with no guarantees. All items must be paid for before leaving auction and all items should be removed same day or arrangements must be made with executor. Standard 10% buyers premium will apply and appropriate sales tax will be collected. Payment can be made by cash or approved checks but no credit card facilities available for this sale.
